各相关部门:

   教育部重点实验室拟对发表的标注论文进行奖励，具体奖励办法如下：

1. 2009年至今的所有论文标注有“西北农林科技大学植保资源与病虫害治理教育部重点实验室”且为第一作者完成单位的成果论文进行奖励。研究生与导师合作的发给导师。但对于成果中不标注本实验室的老师，实验室不接受其推荐的访问学者。

2.若标注的第一完成单位为西北农林科技大学，而教育部重点实验室为第二完成单位的，降低一个档次给予奖励。

3.按照教育部关于印发《高等学校重点实验室建设与管理暂行办法》的通知，对成果论文的标注规范如下：

以上规定自发布之日起生效,请大家根据自身          情况从中任选一种模式，认真执行，以后考核只接受规范署名的论文。

4. 奖励办法

(1) 专著/SCI 论文         200元/篇

(2) 国内外一级期刊        100元/篇

(3) 国内核心期刊          50元/篇

(4) 上述成果论文按我校期刊标准认定。

5. 奖金领取：

请各位老师按照上述要求提供2009-2011年标注有本实验室论文（抽印本）1份，交实验室存档，并领取奖金。

6. 奖励时间：2011.12.26-12.31
