王秦虎.jpg一、基本信息

王秦虎,男,1986 年12月生,陕西彬州人,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2015年毕业于西北农林科技大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位。2015年7月进入西北农林科技大学植物保护流动站从事博士后研究。2019年6月起在西北农林科技大学植物病理系从事教学科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项。 Molecular Plant Pathology ,  Fungal Biology 等期刊审稿人, Frontiers in Microbiology  和 Frontiers in Genetics 专栏编辑。

二、研究方向

主要利用生物信息学、基因组学、转录组学和分子生物学等技术研究小麦赤霉菌 ( Fusarium graminearum ) 发育和致病的分子机理。
