一、基本信息
顾彪，男，1981年12月出生于陕西西安，助理研究员。2012年毕业于西北农林科技大学植物病理学专业，获农学博士学位。2012年7月入职西北农林科技大学植物保护学院。2016年3月-2017年3月在美国俄勒冈州立大学植物病理系开展访学研究。担任Molecular Plant Pathology、Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions、Horticulture Research、Frontiers in Microbiology、等期刊的审稿人。
二、研究方向
针对重要植物卵菌病害的问题，探索卵菌与寄主互作的分子机理和基于新型致病机制的病害防控技术开发，主要包括：植物病原卵菌效应子调控植物免疫的分子机制；卵菌效应子跨界转运的分子机理。主持科研项目包括：
1、陕西省自然科学基金面上项目，2018JM3030，致病疫霉CRISPR基因编辑体系建立及核心效应基因毒病性分析，2018/01-2019/12，主持。
2、国家自然科学基金青年项目，31301644，植物细胞中致病疫霉菌RXLR效应蛋白的定位与初步功能解析，2014/01-2016/12，主持。
3、陕西省自然科学基金青年项目，2013JQ3012，疫霉菌侵染过程中RxLR效应蛋白动态监测及其重定位分析，2013/01-2014/12，主持。
4、横向项目，TG2020420，防治植物种传和土传病害的杀菌剂新产品新技术研究，2020/01-2021/12，主持。
三、著作、论文情况：
发表SCI论文10余篇，其中以第一或通讯作者在Frontiers in Microbiology、International Journal of Molecular Science、植物学报等期刊发表论文4篇。申请获批美国专利1项。
