论文摘要：Like in other eukaryotic organisms, mitogen activated protein (MAP) kinase cascades play important roles in regulating responses to various host and environmental signals in fungal pathogens. In general, MAP kinase (MAPK) is activated by phosphorylation at the well-conserved TXY-motif by MAPK kinase (MEK), which is in turn activated by MEK kinase (MEKK). Here, we summarized the functions of three MAP kinase pathways in different plant pathogenic fungi and cross-talking among these signaling pathways. We also described the function of their upstream receptors or sensors. This paper will lead to better understanding of the regulatory network involved in the regulation of different infection processes.
